Every profile, review and dispatch walks the same four steps. Here they are, so you can judge the work.
Hang
The current FDA label is hung first. EMA assessments, guideline statements, MedlinePlus and named trials follow. A second-hand summary is only a pointer back to the original. Each profile carries a gallery code from MY-01 to MY-05 on first publication.
Measure
One labelled lock stays still on the page: tadalafil 5 mg daily, sildenafil 25-100 mg, vardenafil 2.5 mg, ciprofloxacin 500 mg, or gabapentin 300 mg. The rest of the ladder can be named. The SERP lock does not wander. A figure that is thin in the evidence stays qualitative.
Walk
Dr. Elin Dahl walks every draft, then answers the consult in her own voice. Her name and clinician page travel with the finished piece. The consult teaches a general rule. It does not examine the person who wrote in.
Close
Outbound links point at the bodies we used and carry a no-follow tag. The holds that prevent harm stay in ordinary language: never a nitrate with a PDE5 tablet, never a fluoroquinolone waved through for a trivial infection, never gabapentin dropped after regular use.
