Myrto Med is an independent white-cube review of five medicines. Each lock is hung from the label, then signed by a working internist.
Why five locks, not five hundred
A directory that tries to cover every tablet on a formulary ends up repeating itself. We kept the wall small on purpose. Five profiles, one comparison, five dispatches. Each page has to stand against the current prescribing information, not against a template. Nothing is sold here. No pharmacy is ranked. No manufacturer buys a line.
What is hung
Three phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors sit together: tadalafil 5 mg daily (Cialis), sildenafil across 25-100 mg (Viagra), and vardenafil 2.5 mg (Levitra). One fluoroquinolone, ciprofloxacin 500 mg (Cipro), carries a boxed warning that stays in the first sentence. One calcium-channel modulator, gabapentin 300 mg (Neurontin), is hung with a taper plan, not a stop date. A shorter dispatch answers the search people actually type.
How a review is hung
Hang the labelled milligram. Measure the hold that stops a night or a course. Walk the consult with Dr. Elin Dahl. Close the page with a date. The middle chapters change order so no two profiles read as the same walk with a different brand stamped on.
What we open first
The current FDA label, then EMA assessments, MedlinePlus, and a named trial when a number needs one. If this gallery and a live label disagree, the label wins. Start with the nitrate hold on the PDE5 tablets and the fluoroquinolone boxed warning on ciprofloxacin.
