The nitrate hold
Tadalafil, sildenafil and vardenafil must never be taken with a nitrate of any kind. That includes a prescribed heart medicine such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide, and it includes a recreational popper. The pair can drop blood pressure to a dangerous level. The fluoroquinolone boxed warning
Ciprofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone. The class carries an FDA boxed warning for tendon rupture, lasting nerve damage, and central-nervous-system effects. The taper on gabapentin
